Has any1 fitted a set of wind deflectors to their GTI and if so which make did they go for????
-
where abouts are you thinking of, windows or sunroof?
-
Windows, I have a problem where I live on a blind corner and have to put my windows down to listen for traffic, this causes a problem howver when it has been raining as I get water running off the roof and into the car, hoping that the wind deflectors will help this problem similar to my last car.
-
not a bad idea as water literally pours off the roof through the window when its raining!!
-
Hopefully it will fix the problem, similar happened on my old type R, couldnt put the window down even an inch if it was raining as the wipers literally pushed the water straight into the car!!!!
-
Ive also noticed this problem. Let us know what you end up buying and if they help. You can be the guineapig

I fitted a set to the front doors that I bought from ebay. Looks great and works fantastically. A 5 minute job to install. I'll get a picture up when I can.

Here's an older pic where you can see my right wind deflector. Taken soon after I bought the car. The deflector has a dark tint, which I find handy sometimes when the sun is high in the sky to my right. Keeps all the rain out too, as long as you don't pull the window down too far .
