has any1 tried that mod on ebay which is just a resistor that gives you an extra 20 bhp you plug it into your coolent temp sensor, then leave your plug out.it sells for about 6 quid just wondered if any 1s tried it
-
STAY AWAY
all it does is tell the ECU the air is colder than it really is, so you will have a richer fuel mixture.
it won't give big power gains, all it will do is naff your engine in the long run.
by the way the resistors can be bought for pence apparently.

20 BHP from a resistor!!!!! - for 6 quid......
Sceptical is an understatement.
I really doubt that it would work.

droped through the door today tried it and it made me valver go like buggery you do notice the difference,,,but if its goner do my engine some damage ill leave it off,if any1s interested i found it on ebay theres 2 different people selling them the cheapest was 6 pounds

Post the colours on the resistor and someone else can then get one from maplin or RS for about 20p ;).

Yeah Steve, thats what i heard :D
Some people will do anything to make money :o

some people still can't grasp the concept of making power. Air and fuel people ;)
running rich or lean is bad. If not for the engine for your wallet ;D
