Has anyone got the 45mm Spax Lowering Springs Kit on their Golf?

Am looking at getting the Springs, but not sure if that will be too low for the standard shocks or if it will cause rubbing on my 18s?

45mm will prob rub the front ARB

Would always change shocks with lowered springs!
Spax adjustables are good.
