Title: Ordering My Lowering Kit!

Hello all,

Finally getting round to ordering my suspension, but am a bit confused!

On the websites I have been looking at, there seems to be 2 different years for the Mk4!

They are:
1998-2003
and
04.1999 - 2004

How can I tell which one is mine?

My Golf was registered in July 1999, AGU engine code!

Any ideas?

are the part numbers different on the lowering kit for the 2 different model years?

would guess at 04-1999

guaranteed it will be because one covers the sport models and the others dot i.e some may be for the 4motion
