Title: posting a picture?

im having real problems adding a photograph to one of my posts! ive put a photo on photoshop.com and being trying to add it to my post! but all i get is a small white square with a red cross inside!  can anyone please tell me where im going wrong? thanks!

I just upload the pic to to www.picoodle.com, then insert the link between "[ img ] xxx [ /img ]" (without the spaces).
