 did you post this o club gti aswell???
nice work though mate if i recall you had a hard time stretching the leather as to not get any creases!!!
-
i did indeed
and yes i had to apply a LOT of pulling on it to get it where i wanted it to go
-
that looks very proffesional mate.. any other ideas for the install?
-
still got loads to do
i have got to make the fibreglass amp rack across the back for the big amp
the small amp is going in the spare wheel well with an etched and illuminated perspex panel over it
the drivers side wheel arch side panel will have all the gold fuse holders and distribution blocks in
i am also retrimming all the door cards in the leather and the centre sections of the recaro's in leather to continue the colour theme
-
sounds like a quality build your doing mate top stuff!
how are you retrimming the door cards? i'm interested as i've goot a bid on a leather interior but it has no door cards? Would you be able to post a mini how to when you come to do it pal?
-
i will be retrimming the material inserts of the door cards and i will post some how to pics when i do them
will not be for a couple of weeks as i go on holiday tomorrow
