Title: help with compound polishes
Post by: Dan34 on 14 August 2008, 21:03
well ive just bought a megs g220 because my paintwork could do with a good machine polish but ive only got this polish at the moment:

http://www.elitecarcare.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=27&products_id=237 (http://www.elitecarcare.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=27&products_id=237)

im pretty sure this is alrite to use with the g220 but i have some light scratches on my paintwork and as this polish is not a compound will it still get rid of the light sratches or do i need to get something like poorboys ssr1 or 2?

Thanks

Dan

in which case start off by getting a lighter compound and if that doesn't do the job you'll have to try something more aggressive!
