Title: window rubbers ?

been tryin to get hold of 2 new or 2nd hand window rubbers for the outside for the bottom of the front windows

tryed a few places but no luck at all

any1 no anywhere ?

for a cabby?  The earlier ones have been discontinued and so has the later right outer but the left outer is still available from VW:
155 837 473 C - left outer - 16+VAT
155 837 474 C - right outer - discontinued

If you give the dealer a bell though they may be able to source the right one from old stock!

wud it be possible to use say some mk2 rubbers and just amend them to fit ?

my cabby is a 1990

no sorry the mk2 rubbers are a totally different shape!

Might have some, long story as to how I came about them, theyre off a Mk1 so have had some wear.

Going to tear up the garage and have a look for them.

If theyre any good, coupe of $  :laugh:

Unfortunately I cant find them! soz about that, all I have are Mk2 rear door ones and like RubJonny said they wont fit!

GPC have them, got mine a few weeks back.. when you fit them, make sure they are not stretched in the channel, as they will shrink and leave gaps!
