Post by: illyun on 13 August 2008, 14:44: They are going on the Ed30 - I am going to keep the original Pescaras on for now though - maybe put them on for the last show this year but I don't think they'ill be on during the winter months. And no Phil, they aren't going on the Mk1 - thats going to stay strictly standard - and wouldn't fit even if I wanted them on... not without soime serious arch surgery anyway :sick: Plus the Mk1 would look ridiculous with them on - too big for the car.

Pics will be forthcoming at some point when I get them on the car - it staill hasn't been repaired because the (VW recommended) garage I took it to exaggerated the damage and the insurance company smelt a rat and are investigating. I'm just going to get it sorted by my own insurance company now and let them deal with it as I haven't driven my Ed30 since April :angry:

Post by: illyun on 14 August 2008, 18:37: Yup, its been really long and drawn out and I am fed up tbh. I have decided I can't wait any longer and will get it repaired under my policy then go after the w8nker through my insurance instead of the useless broker I used.
