Title: Forge DV - where and how much?

Guys

What's the best price and place to order a Forge DV from?  You tend to get ripped off a bit in Dubai...

Also, I'm looking at getting a Carbonio CAI as well - to save on shipping the ideal place would have these in stock as well.....
