hey, was wondering if it is possible to replace the door pockets for speakers?
and what size are they if they do fit?

the door pockets on a mk2 can be replaced with grills.  You can normally find them on e-bay.  The speakers  themselves are 5.25" jobbies.

if you want bigger speaker pods try audioscape, they do mk2 pods for 17cm speakers at around 200 quid the pair....
