Title: MAF SENSOR CLEAN ON GTI 1.8T?

As above really, whats the best way to clean these? Looked in the search but coulnt find anything?

Take it off the car and put it in a plastic bag with enough IPA alcohol (Maplins) to cover it and leave for about 20 mins, should do the job.

oh no it aint playing up, just sometimes my car seems faster than other time lol, so thought it might be that really, not too too bothered but like to know its clean lol ..

thanks for th link, will give it a go over the weekend. Might order one as a back up just incase i screw it up lol.
