They're probably a bit too sparkly for the UK, but the ball polished CK's seem to be going down a treat in Dubai! I've had them on the car for 30km so far, and already had 2 GTI rubber neckers....

Those 18" Monza II's help hide the brake disks nicely! I'm eyeing up some Tarox or AP Racing kit as I type!

Sun shots coming up tomorrow, unless the camera lens mists up in the 48c heat and humidity! I'll be brave....!

Hurdy - which Tarox did you go for? Can you PM me the costs? I'd be looking to get them ordered in the UK and shipped over to Dubai with stock for my company, so that would be the cheaper option.
Also - which pads are you using, front and back?
-
Sweeeeeet Phil  I think they look spot on mate

Here you go - Anthracite on a couple of cars for reference.
I was really torn between Anthracite and Ball Polished after seeing a few pics of TR GTI's with the grey wheels on, but made the right choice for the sunshine over here i think...

Anthracite's the way to go with Candy White!
Virtually everyone in my local VW club has black wheels (Rota's or OZ's) so I wanted silver to brighten things up a bit.
Typical - get some nice new wheels, gagging to take some outdoor photos, and we've got sandstorms - grr!
-
very smart. looks just right
-
Heres mine with 19 CK,ordinary bbs silver.I had thougts about grey but the truth is, i am a bit bored that everybody goes grey and black

Looks mint, what size tyres you using, ET44 8" width I take it. Also what drop are the springs 25mm?, what dampers are you using.
Sorry for all the questions
-
19" x 8" on 225/35/19s.
Correct - the offset is 44mm, so no rubbing and fills the arches nicely.
The car's sitting on H&R GTI Cup springs, lowered by around 30mm, and I've got the front and rear anti roll bars updated as well

Hi
Mine is 8x19 et44 , Michelin Pilot Sport ps2, 235/35-19.The springs are H&R 25mm and Bilstein dampers. The swaybars(rollbars) made a huge different to the handling.Im very pleased with the setup.Better than the coilovers i had on my Edition30 before
