as per topic title what have you beaten and how many?
lastest conquest was a new GT TDI 170 :smug:
PS - those from the MKV section reading this its meant as a bit of FUN :wink:

I don't keep count, but can tell you that I've never been over taken in a mkv, ever. With the exception of the motorway when I'm doing a steady speed :)

I've only come up against 1 Mk5 GTi & I left it in another county, LOL!! :grin:
They'd be better round a track, though (& then some more if they got re-mapped, too). :smiley:

Never really raced one, used to just do Gti's with the old turbo as my torque was crap on that remap, would spank one now though :grin:

Never came across a mk5 GTI (disclaimer: NOT EDITION 30s) that i couldn't spank in my old mk4

i finally have a nice clean licence so like to keep it that way ha ha
oh and the fact that racing means you burn more fuel :P

if you werent bothered about racing and wanted to save fuel you should have got a 1.4, its a turbo - use it!

na me in a 1.4 i dont think so i got a turbo coz i can i dont wana be a lil boy racer wannabe in my 1.4 :grin:
