how can you get the blue tint in your lights without spending ??????'s and without looking tacky??
-
not exactly legal but my mate bought a set of Raybrig lights from ebay Japan. They aren't e marked but they look seriously blue ?10 posted
however any blue lights have a serious problem, they don't last long and they are no way as bright as the clear ones (well every bulb i have tried).
In order of lights (just my opinion)
Hella 55/100 - the best but illegal
PHilips weather vision i think - not bad, best legal one
ring blue - crap doesn't last long
jahn - crap
Osram blue - blue but not very bright
have a nice day

the mk4 lights are crap though, think i am gonna bolt on a full rally car light pod,,,,, it needs it.

Retro fit real Xenon HID lamps into your existing headlights!!
That's the only way you'll get any real improvement in lighting, don't waste your money on fancy halogen bulbs sold as 'Xenon' as they will still be yellow as hell.
See my website at www.golfmk4.co.uk for a 'how to' guide.....

What about the Ring "Xenon" ones??
-
ring xenons tel me more what are they???
-
I think they are H4 lights filled with xenon.
my personal opinion is they are crap, even the hid's are crap compared to 55/100 H4's.
i think as far as legal bulbs go the best you can get are the hid's, the only thing i found was when you get blue bulbs the cleareance isnt as good as the pure white ones.
have a nice day
