Title: Umm, ok , where is the fuse box?

Sorry fellas for the silly question but I can't find the manual.  My cigarette lighter has blown and need to check the fuse.

theres one under the bonnet (to right of battery),and one on the side of the dash (panel pops off)

 not sure where the lighter one is though


here is an example of the dash side one (on left hand drive car though)
