Hi guys just bought a Mk3 golf cabriolet.
it was cheap so Im not moaning.
However all 4 electric windows are not working.
Any ideas??

Have you checked the fuses?

Yeah I did. BUT I have just checked through the manual - there is a Special circuit fuse for the electric windows. Anyway just found out it blown. Have by passed & got 3 windows working- Cushtie

Yeah thats true - be nice to get the 4th going. I do have a cunning plan for that!!!

there is a thermal fuse cliped onto the top of the fuse box, Drop the fusebox down off its holder its top right, Looks like a chunky metal fuse. :smiley:

Ta found it. Just put a normal blade in there FTB
