There is a guy on edition38 who is putting his MKv GTi back to standard if any of you guys fancy the non standard items, I would love the recaros but not got that much dollar! http://www.edition38.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=154326

For those who are not members of ed38 and want to know what he has for sale here ya go:

so for sale is the full turbo back miltek exhaust, non res £600

koni fsd dampers £150

Eibach -50mm springs £100

OEM warm climate open grills. Ideal if your running CAI. £40

US spec gti grill with no number plate sh1te attached.Never fitted, smooooth £60

Tinted wing mirror indicators £40

Gti rear lower valance, colour coded steel grey.Fattens up the rear a treat. Should have been done at the factory like this. £150 plus swap for standard rear valance.

OEM LED rear lights like the passt/ golf plus etc. These are R32 tinted aswell, very nice mod, no problems with faults.

19" BBS LM reps got a few marks on there now £450

And finally. GTi recaros in interlagos cloth. £1500 plus swap for standard from seats.click here to view.These seats retail at £2000 plus EACH.

TBH you are probably right but you dont see many of them. I like my std interlagos trim it came free with the expensive car!

i guessed he meant a full miltek,, i thought he meant cat and downpipe, backbox etc, thats about 1.1k's worth, but cat back non res is about £400 on its own

he does say turbo back mate

I reckon £600 is about right for a second hard full system - working on the old second hand 50% rule  :wink:  Its about what I would want for mine if I took it off.

i just had a sex wee over those seats  :shocked: :shocked: :evil:

my dad has carbon fibre bucket seats in his 997 turbo and they are leather aswell, 4000 extra for both, so they are the same price as those new!!!!!!! :shocked: so 2000 a seat with cloth and plastic backs! not worth it imo. although the cloth looks better that leather. :smiley:

the open front grills are the bits of plastic that surrounf your fog lights.

part of the honeycomb pattern is opened up.

Aaaahhhhh, I didnt know you could get different grills for the side sections! You learn something new everyday! Thanks! :smiley:
