I want to hire an R32 for a week but i am finding it tricky finding one.
Anyone know where i can get one?

Avis do mk5 GTI's - might be worth a ring.
Don't VW themselves do rental? Sure I saw something in the dealers.

A woman, drive my car? haha.

it wouldnt make sense for a rental car company to rent out performance cars?!?!?
the whole idea is theyre temporary transport for ya to drive round in, would be fairly obvious if you asked for a car like an r32 that your not gonna be driving sensibly, even taking it to a track day? :undecided:
thazz my theory neways

Right i will give avis and Vw a go and see what we can come up with
Im thinking good ol' Toph might be a bit far away and perhaps even need his car?

Well i only want it coz my car is going to be in the garage getting its wheels sorted and kit fitted etc and im a bit of a snob. Im not going to drive about in a corsa for the week. I would like a car that is of the same standard or better than my own. Hence me wanting the R32, i wanted one of them but at the time could only afford my GTi. so it would be nice to have a wee shot in one and see what all the fuss is about

Depends on the situation and how deep your pockets are.

save ur cash, rent something cr@p then put more money into your golf!! also if you rent somthing cr@p then your golf will feel even faster when you get back in it. if you rent an R and you have no remap on the gti, then when you get your gti back, you will want an R
have you sorted those arches yet??

Got in touch with my local VW dealership, and they had just sold the R32 that they hire
Still to get in touch with Avis.
Got my remap done on monday   so its sorted. Arches are going in on 3rd June to get sorted, also need the offset fixed, have done some mega damage to my wheels coz of it all so im peeved. the place that done my remap are taking her in on thursday to put the very very very expensive coilovers on, the ARB's and some new brakes. Then the wheels are gona have to go get fixed and new tires coz there is big cuts all alonog them now. Makes me feel sick just thinking about all the money going on her atm
