Title: Help lads! Mk3 T.d.i golf reving up and down!

hey lads. i have a 95 mk3 golf Tdi.it was originally a 1.9D but it had a Tdi transplant. now it sounds like V8 gurgling! can anyone on here help me??!!   :huh:   :wink:

can you be a bit more explicit?

So it sounds loud and its reving up and down?    Has your air intake become detached or split?  that will make it noisy and run like crap as it bypasses the air flow metre.
