Title: MK4 110 TDI Imobiliser

Father in law just got one and it has two imobiliser keys, however he doesn't have a clue where you can put them ive had a look and can't find anything either, any ideas?

Oh and its using alot of water\coolant anybody know?

Must be an aftermarket system because the standard vw imobiliser is built into the key  :undecided:

Checked that, no leaks and no mayo in oil cap either......

i assume its performance is fine  :huh:

any smoke or similar out the back? need to get it scanned to see if it throws up any codes

Na performance is fine, no smoke either its confusing I know, I think your right mate its one for the Vag com..

I have the same car and my rad was leaking from both sides. noticable when parked but you can't see anything due to the bumper and all th plastic around it.

Another weird thing discovered today, When it gets low on water the indicated temperature drops!! I was thinking there might be a problem with the thermostat, like its stuck or somthing?
