Well it's for everything except for the shell, so for the 1.8T if it is still in good nick, it's not a bad price so far.
-
There was a genuine lightweight shell, new and un-used on ebay not so long back. Would have made a nearly new car with a parts transplant. Other than that, could be the key to making a wolf in sheeps clothing if anyone had a scrap 8v or 16v with a good body on it.
-
Ok, I just had another look... WHY would you have stretched tyres with a 1.8T ?!?!?!
f**king crazy sh!t

Would the running gear fit in this?

doubt if the running gear would be able to cope with 300 bhp   might need to upgrade to rallye stuff or even conversion to audi quattro running gear

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
I think that is what he meant, and yes, I believe it would fit.
-
 Thats a sight we dont want to see, what a waste!!!!!
Problem is he said
"the sump is SMASHED" and "the suspension and running gear is '99%' ok" (After it ploughed into something hard and low by the looks and sound of it) :undecided:
Its a massive risk, prob best to give them a call if anyone was interested considering the owner can buy it back for 10-15% of its rated value by the insurers (obviosly not in this case) but how much do you reckon the salvage yard paid for it hahahaha!! Not £1500!!!
-
Not sure I'd trust that lot, and at 300bhp I'm not surprised someone stuffed it!
