i have seen for sale on the internet badges for 8v that say 8v plus

they look like the side badges that say gti and i wondered what 8v plus was ???

Ideally, it would mean 8v plus another 8 valves. :o ;)

i thought it was for people who messed about with their 8v's e.g...turbo or sumthing, hence '8v plus'.

i think they are just a bit of fun. sure vw have never used them
