Title: Cardiff area.. need help

I have quite bad lacquer peeling in various places over my car.

I'm guessing I need a respray. So could anyone recommend a place in the Cardiff area?

And how much would a respray over the car be? (Not full body)

Plus, how can I avoid lacquer peeling in the future?

Chris Spiteri in caerleon (nr newport) is very good, I havent used them, but I know many who have.
