Title: New Key, Which Profile?

I'm after a new key (need to get a spare cut), but don't really know what profile I'm after.

My current key says HU49 on it, but on Ebay all I can find is HV and AH profile keys (both apparently for a Mk2)... Bit confused as to which one (if either!) I need  :sad: Help!

I think AH, they're the most common on fleebay

i bought an AH key blank and its the wrong one for a '85 golf, so earlier golfs are probably HV? what year they changed i dont know!!

is yours a G or C reg, i cant tell from your sig pic! have just looked at the key for my E reg and its the AH type, so your ok if you are a G reg
