Title: Clean + Red Styling
Post by: adamrob69 on 08 May 2008, 21:25
There was a bit of rain at the weekend just gone and suposedly some sand from the sahra desert traveled across and fell in the rain  well after, my car was filthy, it was like it had just completed a ralley stage! (not just my car though! most the cars in the area suffered the same fate ) so as the weather was nice i had no excuse not to wash it!! the pictures below also show what i have done, adding a bit of red trim here and there, not sure about it though and im looking to change already!!

sorry dont like that.

Best thing you could do right now to that is lower it, as it looks like a nice clean example

Oh yeah and i cleaned my car last friday, then spent an extra 2 hours go round all the trim with Autoglym bumper care, then at the weekend it rains and puts sand all over it, annoyed wasnt the word

like the pinstripe type thing around bumpers, but not a fan of the grill or lower vents. But again, its a good a effort and the only way to get better is to learn from your mistakes  trust me, i'd know

Meh i don't think the mark 3s can pull off the red trim, not like the mark 1,2 and 5s can. Looks very clean though!

It is his missus, she's pretty familiar with the DubBabes thread too!

Red looks fine on the right GTi i.e. Ani models etc, but not just randomly.

Red electrical tape works wonders on the bumpers,  it looks ok on the black rubber bumpers actualy.
