Installing amp and sub tomorrow finally! LOL! Just want to know the easiest way to take the trim of around the doors (as I take it that's where you place all the wires?).
Any how tos would be great as well.
Thanks

Can't imagine it's that much more difficult on a 4 door than it is a 3 door. The sill pieces have them silly unscrew then pop out plastic clip things, once they're out it's a piece of cake to run the wiring under there
-
as he said ^^^^^ when your putting them back on the bottom edge lip clips on first then push the top into place, it should click into place. loads of room to run the cables, don't knock the tensioners about too mch tho, don't want one of them going off in your face

hey shady, i will have the same problem either 2moro or on the weekend - yep, my wiring kit is on the way and soon i shall too, have a sound system.
LL ;)

easy mate, just 1 screw each side (on 5 door) near where seatbelt mounts to chasis
then they just pull/pop off
u can fir about 5 lots of 0awg wiring in there, never seen so much room in my life to fit cabling
been doing mine recently when i get time
just gota fit amp and powercap now and i'm done

Sweet! Thanks for the replies guys, so shouldn't be hard then?
My idea was to feed the Live cable through the fire wall (I found a hole in the firewall already where I pip leads out, it's literally in the centre of the firewall and is nicely covered but easy to get to within the car), take that down the passengers side along with the remote cable and RCA leads and then up under the seats correct?
Gotta get the speaker wire from the amp back to the crossovers (which I've placed in the grills of the original tweeters as I've mounted the tweeters on the windscreens pillars).
Sound good?

P.S. LL: Getting my alloys next week too! ALMOST READY BABY!!

a bit of advise, run the rca cables down the other side of the car to the power cables, prevents interference
-
good tip that
-
try and fit a grommit where you're passing the power cable thru the firewall too. better be safe than sorry
-
What's a grommet? LOL! And where can I get one?
-
Grommet is the rubber bung through the firewall. There's a good one behind where your coolant expansion bottle to run a live for the amp through which comes out behind the glove box near centra
-
Take it out and drill a hole through ut that is slightly smaller than the cable, that way it will still be watertight and protect the cable from chaffing

Thats probably the reason i get some whining that follows the engine noise in mine! Can only hear it when its down low though.
If i can be bothered i might swap it over.

I had exactly the same problem in my old driver so since then i have always run the power cables seperate to the RCA
