can any one tel me if 88 to 90oC is the right oil temp :huh:

No chance, 80 is low really.
On a absolutly freezing day you might see 80 on there after a 15min trip, on a day like today when it was 23c then 90 and above you'd expect.
Infact mine was bang on 90 today driving back from work

Mine stays at 88 most days, always makes me laugh not that it's got anything to do with it! :grin:

mine was at 102 driving along the other day
mite invest in aftermarket oil temp gauge and sensor incase factory one isn't that acurate

Haha! I said day to day, was higher today being hot and all, just fitted a new rad though & fresh coolant so everything's working as it should!
On motorways & that it's upto 102 if I keep on the loud pedal! :afro:

mine goes up to 102/103 on motorway just wondering if a oil change is due.

wouldnt hurt to change it with the filter if it's not been done for a while
