Title: i want i want central lockin and electric windows
Post by: benjer182 on 04 May 2008, 13:08: how can i get central lockin on my mk2 and are these kits u c about any good and also how hard is i to get electric windows aswell

Post by: nathLock on 04 May 2008, 17:38: i tried this on another car, well was going to, load of ball ache. Mine has central locking, but my opinion is electric windows just one more thing to go wrong.

Post by: Levi on 06 May 2008, 11:09: I bought a cheap and nasty 'Hawk' remote central locking kit from eBay and fitted that to my MKII a few weeks ago. Mounting the door actuator took a bit of brain scratching but once I had done one side the rest of the job was easy, no more than a couple hours work. Works a treat too!
