Not heard of those!

Where you getting them from and at what price?
A lot of the guys on here are saying the Hottuning ones are good.

Not sure on this one Chloe, ive heard of the name but not used them in particular.

Why those? is it because you have been offered some or found some cheap? if not then just get some Koni, spax or bilstein, the latter i have on my GTi(full kit) its the best but also most expensive, i was lucky to have them fitted when i bought the car last month.

End of the day though you will find any kit from any make will be a firm ride and abit more bouncy over bumps coming from stock springs/shocks, but the way it looks and handles out weighs this!. Stick with a good quality well known make as above and you shouldnt have any problems.

Sorry i couldnt help on that particular make though.

Thanks, no iv never heard of the make either, someone has some got some for aroun £100 which i fought was very cheap.

i think il proberly go for a better brand name and empty my bank account.

i'm only thinking about lowering it because of those alloys i put on yesterday, you no the ones we talked about?

not sure how low tho , but i though with coilovers i could adjust it to what i like

do you think it's worth it, not sure how many inch's i could drop it before it rubed on the tires? would i notice the difference?
the alloys are only 15" but deep dish with 195 tires

what is the drop on everyone else's roughly?

thanks

Those hottuning ones are £150 apparently!

Didnt measure the drop on mine but would say approx 60mm.

you put them on then, well done. Will have to put some pics in the pic section when your ready

Ive got 15's with 195/45 tyres, its about 60 front 40 rear id guess, it was all on when i bought the car you see.

But normally 40 mm all round, it will look lower but not like LOW if you know what i mean, if you want it LOW then 60mm it is, although when your that low you wont be able to have a front splitter, mine is kept in the boot  and some garages might turn you away for servicing/tyres/exhaust if they cant get it onto their ramps, but most modern places have the ramps for low cars.
