Title: painting calipers

hey, what colour do you think would be best to paint calipers?? my car is metallic blue so i thought blue to match or do you think that would look  :sick:

maybe silver or black?

any suggestions or pics of your would be grateful.

I did a write up which is a sticky in the MK3 section.

As for colour, to make it worth while the brighter the better as you won't notice the difference if they are dark?

Red is standard & looks cool which is what I chose, but you could do yellow or silver even?

Also depends on what alloys you've got & how much of the calipers shows through?

Anything less than billet 4 pots dont deserve bright paint IMO.

Spent saturday painting mine red.
Looks really subtle sat behind the BBS rims  :cool:

Colour coded would look cool  :smiley:

I like red but have seen blue on a blue car and it did look pretty good.  Just make sure you can a decent match.
