Title: gti cab or clipper
Post by: nathLock on 23 April 2008, 22:26
Im not sure what the difference is But I have found 2 cabs that im interested in. One is a mk1 gti cab, and the other is a 92 plate clipper.

whats the difference both immaculate. Is the clipper a better spec? :nerd: :nerd:

Im not sure prefer the clipper as its black but the gti looks nice in white!!!!

Please help.

Depends what year the GTI is. I have an 88 GTI Cab but it also has the Clipper kit (arches, Bumpers)

the only difference is the engines fella! The gti is a injection 8 valve and the clipper is a 1.8 carb engine and slightly slower when i t comes to acceleration but not much difference in top speed! also clipper are cheaper to insure!

black gti with clipper kit ;)

the gti is a higher insurance group, and apparently not much difference between clipper and gti with figures tbh
