Title: mods for my mates 1989 mk2 gti 16v

Im curious as to what mods work and what dont on the 1.8 16 valve mk2.

The car in question is standard bar a supersprint exhaust system.

Ive had a little search and found some stuff on timing tweeking and adjusting the fueling ? can somone elaborate a bit more for me please ?

I think its fair to say that everyone has their own ideas about what works and what doesnt, it all comes down to the individuals taste ! Have a look in the gallery and project threads, if that doesnt give you and your mate ideas nothing will  :wink:
