Title: Paint code for Oak Green 16v

Does anyone know the paint code for an Oak Green? In the boot it says L94E. Volkswagen told me its LC6V. I went and bought some LC6V on VW's advice and it appears way too dark? Does anyone know the correct code cos my car is looking fairly patchy!!
