Title: Adjustable coilovers???????

My car has got adjustable coilovers on it and I was just wondering how do I adjust them?????  I have two spanner type things, can I do it myself or will it have to go to the garage to be done cheers

basically there are two plates that support the spring and the plates are on a thread. So you adjust the height using the C spanners by turning the plates clockwise to raise and anti to lower IIRC...

the to tighten you make sure the bottom plate is tight against the top by doing it clockwise....
