i would love to see this in the flesh!!, clouds of black smoke from the exhaust might give it away!.

 exhaust!! no blue glass!! and 2 different number plates???
-
oh dear. one word. why?
-
"The car attracts a lot of attention and is guaranteed to turn every head it goes passed."
If only it was the real thing......
Wannabe! :P

oh dear. one word. why?
two words. Crack pot

Exhaust looks silly
-
I quite like it to be honest. Could have given it a clean though
-
I think it smells of R32 envy...

I think it smells of R32 envy...
Im immune to that thankfully . Its a great idea in theory.. but like blue said the exhaust just looks silly, and I am sure they havent gone as far as changing the interior dials, trim, mats etc. Not to mention the cost of doing all that would be alot more than his saving on diesel
-
Theres a MK5 TDi around here which has the full GTI looks. Its a shame that he gets a cloud of smoke behind him when he puts his foot down (and goes no where fast). Idiots
-
GENUINE PARTS MY ARSE!! AND THEM LIGHTS AINT XENONS EITHER! AND THE WHEELS ARE REPS!!
-
the owners obviuosly got money to burn except in the fuel Tank!!!
-
To be fair its not a bad attempt - agree the exhaust looks silly though. Like you say though money to burn, its not even the 2.0TDI !
-
I quite like it...but if you know what to look for it disappoints a little...
I should imagine that it cost quite a bit of dosh to get it that way...far better to save a little and buy the real thing.
-
lol
its not even the big derv either, pretty sure the MK5 1.9 TDI only came in a 100bhp flavour too
-
Doesn't look like the real thing from any angle. Points for effort though.
-
I don't think it looks that bad TBH but needs to lose the R32 badge. One of my pet hates is badging a car up to be something it obviously isn't!
and 2 different number plates???
One is a private plate and the other is the original.
-
Forget the conversion crap, but can never get my head around someone who trys to sell something that is filthy, at least wash it and show you care about it
-
why why why - never understood the point in doing this. The worse ones are Toyota MR2's with a Ferrari replica body kit - WTF
I bet this guy loves it at the traffic light races when someone pulls up wanting to "just have a go" - bet he struggles getting that 100BHP down - well maybe not with 2motion!
-
maybe not .... but i bet he gets a healthy return on MPG.......
kind of a sheep in wolves clothes.... (almost)

R32's looks too much like a jetta from the front.I hope the Mk 6 R has its own individual looks.
