Im immune to that thankfully . Its a great idea in theory.. but like blue said the exhaust just looks silly, and I am sure they havent gone as far as changing the interior dials, trim, mats etc. Not to mention the cost of doing all that would be alot more than his saving on diesel

Theres a MK5 TDi around here which has the full GTI looks. Its a shame that he gets a cloud of smoke behind him when he puts his foot down (and goes no where fast).  Idiots

To be fair its not a bad attempt - agree the exhaust looks silly though.  Like you say though money to burn, its not even the 2.0TDI !

I quite like it...but if you know what to look for it disappoints a little...

I should imagine that it cost quite a bit of dosh to get it that way...far better to save a little and buy the real thing.

Doesn't look like the real thing from any angle. Points for effort though.

I don't think it looks that bad TBH but needs to lose the R32 badge.  One of my pet hates is badging a car up to be something it obviously isn't!

and 2 different number plates???

One is a private plate and the other is the original.

Forget the conversion crap, but can never get my head around someone who trys to sell something that is filthy, at least wash it and show you care about it

why why why - never understood the point in doing this.  The worse ones are Toyota MR2's with a Ferrari replica body kit - WTF

I bet this guy loves it at the traffic light races when someone pulls up wanting to "just have a go" - bet he struggles getting that 100BHP down - well maybe not with 2motion!

R32's looks too much like a jetta from the front.I hope the Mk 6 R has its own individual looks.
