Title: cd autochanger removal
Post by: No Golf Clubs at all on 17 April 2008, 14:00
Quickie I hope...

I have the 6 CD autochanger in the arm rest....theres a wee screw rattling around in my centre console somewhere, now after a degree of deductive reasoning .... its either in the vent (that faces the rear seats) or its under the cd autochanger.

I reckon its a quick fix for either of these, but how do I remove the cd autochanger? does it require any special tools?

Also, what about the vents (which face the rear seats) does anyone know how to access this area so I can hopefully remove the itinerant screw thats rattling around?

To clarify the vents I am talking about are the ones which are in the centre armrest behind the cd autochanger facing the rear seats....do they just pull out with a sharp tug?

Is there a special tool that you need to remove the autochanger in the armrest?
