Title: 1900 turbo deisel vacume pipe

my mates got a 1900 turbo deisel and there are 3 vacume solinoid looking things jsut before the bulkhead on the right hand side of the engine bay, one of them has a vacume pole on the bottom but doesnt have a vacume pipe connected to it, does anyone know where a vacume pipe sould go off it? its sucking from it when the engines running. cheers
