Title: Service insp reset...

Hi all, i done a major service on my mk4 1.8 20v today, Just i'm having a bit of trouble re-setting the service insp on my clocks. I have pushed and held the button in, turned ignition on and released the button but no joy  :sad: Any ideas...

Also since the service it smells of oil, i've checked filter & sump plug and all tight!!! Any ideas? Cheers
