Title: Question! Spark plugs

I was just filling up my window wash bottle this evening and having a quick check of the water and oil etc, when I noticed that around the area of the centre spark plug there seemed to be a tiny bit of what seemed like oil seeping out of the gap.  Does anyone know what this is and is it concerning?

prob dripped/run down from the rocker cover gasket
