Title: Top Up Oil?

it depends on the service type your car is set on, did you buy the car new ?, you should have got a bottle with the car if so

ps your dealer will sell you the right stuff

I must remember to pick some up if it's that cheap compared to stealer prices.

Post by: NewGolf on 15 April 2008, 13:17: I didn't get any oil either with my new GTI. Its done 400 miles now and the oil is still at the top of the stick. I bought 2 of those leather zip cases off fleabay for 99pence plus postage. They stick in the boot with velcro.
They should come as standard with a new car, bah!
