Hi all, i need your opinions before i fit this on my mk4 gti, Well my golf did not have a rear spoiler factory fitted so i brought a cheap replica from germany it arrived and seems quite good quality except the cut out for the arial losoks very large compared to the original gti spoiler... I have posted up pics let me know what you all think, does it look ok and i should fit or just get rid and pay double the price for a real spoiler... Cheer

yea go ahead and fit it mate, will look beter than not having one...

It'll probably look better once it's on the car. The spoiler I bought has no spoiler at all :)

i've seen a few with the larger cutout like that around here
was there not two versions of the factory spec spoiler?

i thought the dip was there to allow for the aerial, wont smoothing it out cause problems when you open the boot?

Theres an R32 spoiler which doesnt have the cut out.

the r32 one doesnt have a dip so it cant be that much of a prob. I got a stubby rubber ariel anyway so prob wont be a prob!
