Hi guys just passed my test in november, I am a late bloomer at the fine age of 27 and have been looking for a decent car to buy, from a Alfa 145 to Fiat punto, Anyway my uncles friend is a mechanic and managed to get hold of a 1997 8v gti Mystic Blue for £950 years m.o.t 6 months tax. its got a few dinks and chips but nothing that cant be sorted any idea where i can start doing simple cheap mods.
Any Help would be cool

Get yourself a VR front spoiler - easiest mod. to do.

Then look at lowering the damned thing! :wink:

Pretty nice condition by the looks of it, already with front fogs too! :shocked:

Not to bad mate but still dont know to much about it, Putting in a kenwood stereo anf front lightning Audio components on sat was givon to me by my brother in law

Personally i would go for getting some nice wheels on and lower it as per eightyeightmph!

They were the 1st things a did to mine  :grin:
