Window dropped, plastics broke :angry: Is there any way to keep the window up with out buying the regulator its just I cant get the parts till tmrw..????

got the part...barely. anyways I cant get the wire from the locking mechanism on the drivers side, with out unplugging this i cant take off the metal sheet.. :angry: I cant seem to find a little clip to un-do it so apart from cuttin the wires I dont know wat 2 do!!! It just wont move no matter how much force i use. Can someone put me out of misery??

i just done mine i only bought the repair kit for 34 quid and only repleced the metal window holders i didnt bother replacing all the wires etc so i didnt even bother taking all the metal bit off just done it from the bottom of the door lying on the floor ( just pulled the big metal bit loose and then went in from bottom of door you will have to use the metal bar that is clipped on the middle plastic bit to take up the tension on the wires )wished i took pics now it didnt take too long neither. now i gotta put a new bonnet pull indide car will be here wednesday.always something goes wrong when you got it up for sale 1.8t upsolute remap
