Lookin at the disc from the inside you wil see the rubber/plastic seal which you can just prise and pull off. Once off the roller bearing will come out and you can bang out the outer shell using a flat screwdriver and hammer from the outer side. You will se a cut where the bearing sits so you can bang it out but be careful not to damage tha surrounding areas and the outer bearing.

Same process... just take the drum off and do as i said. Take your time and don't be too heavy handed so not to cause any damage.

i went top put the drums back on but the brakes seemed to be locked on with the hand brake lever down. i loosened the handbrake and it now only gets one compared to 3 clicks before i took the drum off, does anyone how this could happen

I had the same problem with mine, I left it for a week as I was getting the shoes replaced by a garage the following weekend. It was a real bugger to get the drum back on properly, and this is why I won't be taking the drum off anymore... that and I buggered the bearings before. I have now vowed never to touch the braking system on my daily
