Title: Resonated Milltek on a 1.8T

Does anyone know anywhere with clips of what it sounds like?  I tried youtube but all the clips are non-resonated :(

im gettin the miltek non resonated as its louder the only differce in sound really will be ones louder

The non resonated is louder, plus has more air popping noises.  I want to hear exactly how a resonated exhaust sounds :)

You need to go in a car with a resonated TBH - Thats what i have really nice sound deep but not OTT only when you boot it tho otherwise nice and subtle - not too boomy on the motorway.

Must be somone on here near you with one....

i got a resonated and tbh some times i wish it was a tad louder but on a whole when ur cruisin down motorways its sweet no head ache after ten mins of driving !!
but the miltek coupled with a induction kit sounds so sweet
and i think once its had a remap it will sound even better

imo you need to stand outside a car with a resnonated and let it drive off because the thing about millteks is that you hardly hear any noise inside the car

The non-res's are rumoured to be better due to less back-pressure.  Don't know if Topher or anyone has read any threads on dyno comparrisons between the 2, though??  :undecided:

iv got a few video clips of my resonated milltek while driving and just reving it up like a chav  :grin: ill pit em up wen i can get my comp workin iv been using my old mans at the mo.
