looks familar...where did you get it from?
-
Bournemouth! But previous owner got it from Newcastle (I think).
-
hmm, coz i went to look at a car in Sunderland that looks just like it.
has it got manual windows and non power steering?
-
It has manual windows but it does have PAS....

might be a different car then, unless the owner in between you and the guy who i saw it with fitted power steering.
does it have a little bit of surfact rust near one of the rear arches?
-
Just do a data check to see when the last change of keeper was, if it was a completely different time to when you looked chances are it is a different car
-
actually yes it does.....
And apologies it doesn't have PAS (oops!)
EDIT: Last change of keeper was August 2007 I believe
-
sounds like it is the same car then. I went to go and look at it for a mate as I happened to be in Sunderland when my mate told me about it.. Was tempted to buy it myself actually.
-
Does that mean it's a good'un? I was beginning to worry....
It behaved brilliantly on the long trip back yesterday, couldn't fault it!

yea mate seemed a solid car to me. The guy took me out in it round where he lived and if i recall the only reason why my mate didnt buy it was because it was a case of right car wrong time money wise.

Fair enough, I couldn't find anything wrong with it really, nothing major, not for an 18yo car! I'm happy

it was the wheels that i recognised and when you said the previous owner got it from Newcastle it just clicked. Small world eh!
-
Indeed it is, kind of cool though :nerd:
I'm wanting to change the wheels.....
