Title: Seen the error of my ways.........

Greetings all, sold my mint MK2 Driver 3yrs ago, been in mourning since (the 3rd I've owned - anyone know if G245 EHG lives?).

Anyhow, the finance committee has approved a MK2 GTI (3dr, 16v roll-out - ideally!!) - just gotta find 1 now.
Question: is it worth holding out for a 16v over an 8v?

Any details on Dub clubs in Northants' appreciated.

Be cool & looking forward to conversing with you as I get my hands dirty - can't wait!
