Title: how do i coonect my ipod then?

ive gota ipod

ive got the mfd2 dvd satnav

i have not got an aux in my armrest

i have not got a multifunction steering wheel.

how can i install the ipod?

(dealer said i cannot install an ipod in my car without the mfs or aux option)

funny that i have ipod prep in my car but i havnt got an ipod LOL

i might do the radio tuner option that people have been talking about.

dealer stealers amuse me everytime i go there.

the ipod connection is Shyte, 1st chance mines is getting taking out.

wife says if i get the snip i can order me a Kenwood ddx-6029 with ipod prep and bluetooth adaptor, I asked what i can get for a kidney? cf things Lol!
pesky ipod adaptor your history as are the tadpoles! :shocked:

guys im from mk1 section and im having a giggle at your problems  :grin:

but  this may help

i bought a stereo off egay called a vr3 i think. it comes able to play cds, sd cards, and has a usb connector in the front to connect your ipod, plus has all the usual connectors in the rear

also comes with a remote control!

but it only cost me £80 so it may not be in keeping with a mk5  :grin:  :grin:
