Title: new steering wheel

i want to get a smaller steering wheel fitted in my mk2. is it possible and is it easy to fit? any help appreciated. ta.

yes. choose new steering wheel, buy it and boss kit, fit said previous items.

most 'sports' wheels come as just a wheel, then you need the boss to make it fit your car. this is so they can make them universal.

boss, which bolts to your steering column:

nah but you'll need a 24mm socket to take the wheel off/put new one on.

no worries. there are two types of boss for mk2's, what year is yours?

right well you should need a later "big spline" boss then.

ok thanks. il have a look into it in the next month. getting bored of the HUGE steering wheel.
